I can offer prolonged exposure (PE) for fear and anxiety-inducing situations, work with you in vivo on holding off on engaging in compulsive behaviors when in a storm of obsessive thoughts, and help you gain insight into how anxiety manifests itself for you. I'm here to help you face your fears!
